Job Title: Customer Advisor / Dietitian

Key Responsibilities
  • Client relationship management and follow-up
  • Providing expert advice and support to clients
  • Implementing new client contracts and agreements
  • Coordinating between production and client teams
  • Leading and managing on-site staff

Regular travel to client sites in the Gard and Hérault regions is required. The position is primarily based at our culinary workshop in Provence, with a base in Avignon.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in dietetics or culinary arts in the catering industry
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety protocols
  • Hands-on and communicative approach
  • Structured with a sense of autonomy and initiative
  • Proficient in computer skills and hold a valid driver's license
