About the Role

Lagardère Travel Retail, a world leader in Travel Retail, is seeking a highly skilled Data Projects Manager to join its Group Operational Excellence Department. This new department aims to drive top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution, leveraging internal and external expertise and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic projects from end-to-end, ensuring seamless coordination and implementation.
  • Lead the full definition, structuring, and implementation of a major data & reporting convergence project, including convergence of products base, vendors data, locations master data, and data quality improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including top management, countries, and businesses operated.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of project recommendations, including training, support, and monitoring.
  • Document project progress and outcomes, producing regular reporting for top management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Management or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in strategy, project management, consulting, or managing data and business IT projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including organization, coordination, prioritization, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) expertise.
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
