We are seeking a skilled Analog and Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join our Infrared & CMOS Image Sensor Design Team in Grenoble, France.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with global teams to research, design, validate, prototype, and test cutting-edge imagers, ROICs, and ASICs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret design requirements and design analog and mixed-signal circuits that meet these requirements.
- Verify these circuits at both schematic and back-annotated levels.
- Understand circuit sensitivities to decide on further design optimization and additional verification.
- Have knowledge of digital design without being an expert.
- Work in a structured way, attend project meetings, and communicate clearly and proactively on status, issues, risks, and support needed.
- Collaborate with the Analog and Mixed-Signal Layout Engineer for timely delivery of block and module layouts.
- Break down design assignments into tasks with realistic estimations of task durations and strong commitment to the resulting schedule.
- Report actual vs. planned effort and mitigate any slippage.
- Deliver design documentation based on inputs and needs from project stakeholders and end-users.
- Support the Validation team during the bring-up phase of the sensor.
- Be a team player who supports colleagues and shares technical knowledge.
- Be open to feedback and training for personal development.
About You:
- You hold an engineering degree in electronics or industrial computing.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in ASIC design, preferably for infrared/CMOS image sensors.
- You possess skills in digital and analog design.
- You have a structured and methodical mindset.
- You have good interpersonal skills and team spirit to support colleagues and share technical knowledge.
- You are fluent in English.
