Senior High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer

Adoc Talent Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer to join our team at a leading global ICT company specializing in Cloud and AI, telecommunications, consumer, and mobile businesses.

About the Role

As a Senior High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions for the high-speed (112Gbps+) interconnection (passive link) of ICT products. You will work closely with the High-Speed High-Frequency team from the Board Engineering department in the Grenoble Research Center.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-speed signal integrity solutions for ICT products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of signal integrity solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of high-speed SerDes architecture, Rx/Tx SerDes PHY, and CDR
  • Experience with 2D and 3D simulation tools (ADS, CST, ANSYS HFSS, Sigrity)
  • Proficiency in Python, Matlab, Verilog-A, or ADS
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
