Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Energy Storage Optimization Engineer to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Energy Storage department, you will be responsible for leading revenue streams estimation and economical valuation of utility-scale battery storage projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing numerical tools and methods for projects economical valuation
- Benchmarking systems modeling solutions and coordinating with external providers
- Participating in projects identification, system engineering, and due diligence processes
- Cultivating interfaces with external partners and REDEN Group support functions
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for energy storage, we encourage you to apply.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in electrical engineering, modeling, quant analytics, or energy markets
- At least 2 years of experience in project engineering or energy management tool development
- Strong skills in engineering of energy management systems, energy market regulation, and quantitative analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and Python libraries
- Fluency in French and English
