At ACTIA Automotive, we're revolutionizing the way we design, produce, and implement augmented electronic products and solutions for sustainable mobility. We're looking for a talented Software Manager to lead our Software Factory team in Toulouse and Tunis.
About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned technology leader to shape and support our team in terms of technology, skills, efficiency, and resilience. As a Software Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the off-board software development team to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Steering the operation of cloud technologies and best practices for scalable and resilient software architectures.
- Implementing DevSecOps practices and principles throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Fostering an agile culture within the team, promoting collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a software development leadership role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
- Expertise in cloud solutions, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices, including data modeling, database design, and data integration.
- Solid knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Scrum or SaFe, and experience implementing these methodologies in real life.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and security testing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
