As an Executive Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives within Worldline with various tasks to make their daily life more efficient and organized. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements, document handling, and business correspondence for your function leaders
  • Organizing, preparing, and administering meetings with agendas
  • Following up on various assignments resulting from said meetings
  • Handling budgetary topics such as expense reports and purchase orders
  • Supporting staff-related activities such as onboarding and offboarding, team absence administration, and logistics for team events
  • Supporting managers' attendance at marketing-related activities both inside and outside Worldline by organizing events such as roadshows and conferences

  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives and high-profile external stakeholders
  • Excellent situational awareness, with the ability to navigate complex environments and identify key priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, including the ability to anticipate needs and suggest organizational improvements
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Proven capacity to manage and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and documentation
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required
