About the Position
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Animator to join our dynamic team at GROUPE NAOS. As a brand ambassador, you will play a crucial role in representing our prestigious dermo-cosmetic and luxury brands within the Paris region.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting, advising, recruiting, and retaining clients.
- Become a knowledgeable advocate for NAOS brands, upholding their image and values.
- Cultivate a unique and memorable customer experience that aligns with our brand ethos.
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation within established targets.
- Build strong relationships with store teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Maintain optimal brand visibility by ensuring stock accuracy and adherence to merchandising plans.
- Adhere to brand-specific commercial policies and guidelines.
- Generate accurate activity reports and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer insights and market trends.
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- A genuine passion for sales within the dermo-cosmetic and luxury sectors.
- Previous sales experience is highly advantageous.
- A strong understanding of esthetics and cosmetics, with a keen eye for product details.
- A commercially astute mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide sales advice in English.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A valid driver's license is essential due to daily travel requirements within your designated sector.
