Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Incident Handler - Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Security Operations team. As an Incident Handler, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving cybersecurity incidents, working closely with our clients to contain and mitigate threats.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve cybersecurity incidents, including malware outbreaks, data breaches, and other security threats
- Collaborate with clients to contain and mitigate threats, ensuring minimal disruption to their business operations
- Investigate and analyze security incidents to identify root causes and develop strategies for prevention
- Develop and implement incident response plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Work closely with our Security Operations team to identify and address security vulnerabilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients on cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on incident response and security operations
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of security frameworks, threat intelligence, and incident response procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
