About the Role
The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois is a key production site for group shampoos, producing over 2 million bottles daily. Our brands include Head&Shoulders, Pantene, Herbal Essences, Aussie, and Old Spice. We're seeking an ITOT Manager to oversee technical execution, manage local needs, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical incidents to resolution, working with relevant teams to resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities for IT/OT operational excellence and digitalization, collaborating with IT Operations Leader.
- Implement and lead IT/OT Change management for the site, reviewing, approving, and controlling quality of execution.
- Supervise and collaborate with local/global operational resources ensuring IT operations on the site, performing internal controls and audits.
- Develop digital skills for everyone, elaborating a plan with operations leaders.
- Define and execute the 3-year digitalization transformation within the site, aligned with key focus areas.

Job Qualifications
- You're passionate about IT infrastructure and digital technologies.
- You have skills in servers/networks/firewalls.
- You're proactive on technical subjects and show leadership.
- You're recognized for your flexibility and adaptability.
- You have a Master's/Engineering degree in IT, Engineering, etc.
- You have a few years of relevant work experience.
- You're proficient in French and English.
