Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Performance Manager at Edenred, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and transparent management of the variable compensation system for salespeople, contributing to optimizing sales performance and achieving financial goals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Define and adjust bonus criteria to align with business objectives
  • Analyze financial impacts of changes to ensure data-driven decision making
  • Implement new criteria in systems to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain existing tools and reporting to provide insights into sales performance
  • Support the Sales Director with analysis and training to drive sales growth
  • Calculate and communicate bonuses to ensure transparency and fairness
  • Analyze and track sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to budget and forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Support projects and system improvements to enhance sales operations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel and Power BI to analyze and present data
  • Strong analytical and risk-taking skills to drive business growth
  • Experience in process improvement to optimize sales performance
