CPAM DE L'ARTOIS is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team in Arras. This temporary position offers the opportunity to contribute to quality dental care within a supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by preparing and sterilizing dental equipment and prosthetics.
  • Contribute to efficient office operations by handling billing procedures, updating patient records, and managing inventory.
  • Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with traceability requirements.

Your Skills:

  • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to public service and possess excellent communication skills, actively listening to patients' needs.
  • Adapt your approach to effectively communicate with diverse individuals and cater to their specific requirements.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a healthcare setting is preferred. A background in group practice environments is an asset.
