We are seeking an experienced Software Trainer to join our team at Keller Executive Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training to staff in our Paris office on Microsoft and other products.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology training, with the ability to analyze and identify training needs and provide targeted and effective learning solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting training sessions across various formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions.
  • Analyzing and identifying training needs to provide targeted and effective learning solutions.
  • Developing and updating training materials, ensuring clarity, relevance, and engagement.
  • Coordinating logistics for training events, including space reservation and audiovisual setup.
  • Collaborating with global counterparts to maintain a uniform training standard and contribute to broader technological initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a native French speaker with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Fluency in English is also required.

Requirements include:

  • Competence in addressing common hardware and software issues.
  • Fluent in English and a native proficiency in French.
  • Proven experience in conducting technology training sessions, workshops, or seminars.
  • Experience in providing one-on-one tech support or coaching, especially in a corporate or professional setting.
  • Proficiency in developing training content, manuals, online learning modules, or other educational materials.
  • Ability to tailor content to various skill levels and learning styles.
  • A background in providing excellent customer service or user support, essential for a diverse workplace.
  • Proficiency in using online training platforms and tools.
  • Experience in conducting on-site training sessions at different locations.

Good-to-Have:

  • Certifications in Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or similar credentials.
  • Skills in creating well-designed, engaging, and effective training programs and materials.
  • Italian/Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience in e-learning development.
