Job Title: AWS Customer Solutions Manager

As a key member of the AWS EMEA SARL (France Branch) team, you will play a critical role in helping our largest and most complex customers navigate their journey to the cloud. In this highly visible position, you will ensure that all AWS teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our AWS customers, leveraging your expertise in delivery and change management to help guide them through their stages of AWS adoption. You will work closely with AWS customers and leadership, driving collaboration between core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams to plan and support major workload migrations.

You will be responsible for translating strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions, working backwards from our customers' key milestones. This will involve executing education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events and transitions.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in delivery and change management, be detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and be exemplary communicators both at the executive and project team level. You will be a peer leader, able to gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate, and lead virtual teams.

You will be passionate about delivering a great customer experience by deploying AWS solutions and inspiring innovation. You will be obsessed with contributing to the day-to-day management of your customers' successful adoption of AWS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead IT/digital/business transformation or migration programs
  • Work in a customer-facing role
  • Deliver information to senior stakeholders effectively
  • Organize and troubleshoot with precise attention to detail
  • Implement AWS/cloud services
  • Understand key technology and market trends
  • PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certified
