About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with leading companies and help them drive innovation and growth. As a TAM, you will be responsible for developing trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and providing monthly/quarterly metrics. You will also utilize your technical skills to solve difficult support issues and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs/drivers
- Provide expert guidance on AWS cloud services and technologies
- Utilize technical skills to solve difficult support issues and technical challenges
- Understand operational parameters and troubleshooting processes for customer issues and escalations
- Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development
- Improve customer capabilities by running workshops, operations, and architecture reviews
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing costs and driving efficiencies
- ~3+ years experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for at least two of the following technical domains: Compute/Storage/Networking/CDN/Databases/DevOps/Big Data and Analytics/Security/Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
- ~ Experience in operational services or support environment
- ~ Working with engineering/technology teams for large customers or a major segment of a large entity in the Public Sector, Enterprise or Start-up industry
- ~ Fluency in English and French Language
- ~ Technical internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience
- ~ Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s)
- ~ Experience in influencing management stakeholders on technical, operational or business strategic decisions
- ~ Experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings
