**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Uptoo. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through prospecting and qualifying new leads.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through phone calls and meetings with key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell our offerings.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
