Financial Reporting Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Reporting Director to join our team at Odaseva. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidation and Reporting: Lead and manage the monthly consolidation close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial statements. Prepare and consolidate annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Subsidiaries Administration: Oversee several subsidiaries' administration, including statutory local requirements (tax and accounting filings). Build processes to ensure respect of local administrative obligations and execute them.
  • Tax: Prepare the Group Transfer Pricing transactions (quarterly/annual) and participate in group tax calculations and reporting.
  • Other: Stay up-to-date on accounting and regulatory changes, work with auditors and external accountants to prepare the Yearly Financial Statements, and perform other ad-hoc accounting projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Finance or other relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a finance position and good understanding of IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience in audit of software companies and audit of consolidated financial statements.
  • Experience with tax consolidation and transfer pricing.
  • Experience with Netsuite.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment within a SMB.
