Key Responsibilities:- Classify and process new customer requests and documentation
- Support the integration and adaptation of business processes

We are looking for a native or proficient French speaker and fluent English speaker (B2) with previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in credit recovery. If you have analytical skills and can demonstrate an understanding of the credit cycle, that's a plus
