Our client, a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking a seasoned Asset Manager to join their team.
As a key member of the Asset Management department, you will play a crucial role in driving the performance of your portfolio.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying potential issues that may impact asset liquidity, updating property files, and identifying synergies between properties.
Developing budget hypotheses and implementing cash flow management.
Participating in property valuations and assessments.
Preparing and analyzing the budgetary impact of lease negotiations for new tenants or renewals.
Contributing to the development of new business initiatives and monitoring business plans.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering or business school).
Specialization in real estate and/or finance.
At least 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management.
Location: Paris.
