About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in France. As a key member of our EMEA Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue in the French market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
