Cloud Quantum Computing Engagement Manager

Quandela is a European start-up that provides photonic quantum computers that are modular, scalable, energy-efficient, and accessible both on the cloud and on-premise. Our team specializes in the development of both software and hardware solutions for a variety of quantum applications. We offer a wide range of services, from developing the most efficient and brightest single photon sources to creating algorithms for quantum computers and providing cloud quantum computing solutions. We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged quantum computing community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture a thriving Cloud quantum computing community.
  • Create and update the Cloud Community Program with identified audience personas, updated profiles, and preferences.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, developers, influencers, and industry professionals. Maintain a list of key stakeholders, relationship status, and planned activities.
  • Execute the communication touchpoints with the audiences (welcome, engagement, support level 1).
  • Actively participate in relevant forums, conferences, and events to represent the company and strengthen community ties.
Requirements

You are the perfect match if you have:

  • A Master's degree in Quantum Computing. Ability to script and use quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Perceval, Pennylane).
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably within the technology or quantum computing space.
  • A strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and other community engagement tools.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in quantum computing.
