  • Serve as the liaison between client expectations and manufacturing operations
  • Evaluate, comprehend, and foresee customer needs
  • Recommend enhancement strategies based on client Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM) assessments
  • Ensure the accuracy of gathered and processed data within systems
  • Establish and refine information processing techniques
  • Monitor customer delivery schedules
  • Manage notifications, oversee transportation and component delivery
  • Prepare the Industrial and Commercial Plan (PIC) monthly for efficient resource distribution
  • Implement and supervise the Production Master Schedule (PDP) to guarantee seamless production flow
  • Regulate inventory levels and maintain safety stock
  • Ensure alignment of sequencing with PDP and adherence to planned production sequences
  • Confirm that supplies are sourced from PDP
  • Maintain stock integrity and perform ongoing inventory audits
  • Investigate operational variances, initiate, and lead necessary corrective measures
  • Develop FES tools for operational activities

Profile: Degree in Engineering or equivalent with a focus on logistics and production control

  • Experience in a comparable position, ideally within the automotive sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Results-driven, customer-oriented, and KPI-focused
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Minimum bilingual proficiency (English required)
