Job Description

As a PMO Programme Manager at Brink's France, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Strategy and Steering in effectively managing projects in a national and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Strategy and Steering to define project objectives, timelines, and resources.
  • Project Monitoring: Establish processes and instances for tracking and monitoring project progress, ensuring the collection of key performance indicators and information to measure progress.
  • Reporting: Prepare progress reports for the Programme Director and stakeholders.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication and ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Assist in identifying and evaluating risks, implementing mitigation actions, and resolving issues.
  • Methodology Application: Support the application of project methodology.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with programme management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English (business level).
