Food Service Manager

**Job Summary:**
Assist the Food Service Supervisor in the administration of the food service department, ensuring the provision of high-quality meals to students.
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and train food service staff to ensure efficient and clean operations
* Manage inventory and supplies to maintain a safe and healthy food environment
* Collaborate with the Food Service Supervisor to develop and implement menus and nutrition programs
* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
* Maintain accurate records and reports
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in food service management
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management
