The Quality Assurance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of food products within the organization. This position involves the implementation and oversight of comprehensive food safety strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust food safety control strategy across all operations.
- Collaborate with food engineering specialists and production managers to establish and maintain a sanitary control plan.
- Facilitate HACCP training sessions for staff, ensuring all team members are well-informed and compliant.
- Oversee environmental monitoring initiatives, addressing any anomalies with appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and regulatory checks, ensuring processes are standardized in both the central kitchen and its distribution sites.
- Manage the Quality and Food Safety policy in conjunction with central kitchen leadership, ensuring adherence across all sectors.
- Assist during sanitary inspections and prepare for certification evaluations, while being proactive in initiating sanitary alerts as necessary.
- Contribute to the enhancement of overall service quality and operational efficiency.
- Must be an official member of the Hospital Technicians corps or hold a contractual position.
- Possess knowledge in project management and hospital hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate a rigorous, punctual, and available work ethic.
- Exhibit strong teamwork abilities and excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with the public.
