Anesthesia Care Nurse

Position Overview:

As an Anesthesia Nurse Specialist at JOB23, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of anesthesia care. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and supporting the anesthesia team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance and safety evaluations of anesthesia practices.
• Engage in ongoing education and research related to anesthesia, pain management, and emergency care.
• Provide training and guidance to new staff members and interns.
• Facilitate patient communication and support throughout their care journey.
• Oversee the implementation and tracking of anesthesia procedures and protocols.
• Establish and monitor risk management strategies within the anesthesia domain.
• Administer anesthesia and analgesia tailored to the patient’s needs and the specific medical procedure.
• Prepare and organize the anesthesia workspace and equipment according to the patient’s requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
• Commit to continuous professional development and learning.
• Assist in the recovery of patients post-anesthesia.

• Must possess DE - Nurse or DE - IADE qualifications.
