About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our client's boutique store in Paris. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day retail operations, personnel management, and visual merchandising. You will also be responsible for achieving established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with store budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise
- Manage store budgets and ensure profitability
- Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance sales skills and customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store management or a related role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
