We are seeking a highly skilled Rotating Engineering Services professional to join our team at MPH Consulting Services.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of Rotating Engineering activities, including FEED engineering, interface management, and HSE compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and validate discipline-related documentation issued by Contractors to ensure compliance with Project specifications and procedures.
- Control FEED engineering to optimize costs without impacting the required level of Quality and Safety.
- Support during the tendering process and direct FEED contractors to effective resolution of all interface matters related to Rotating engineering.
- Ensure correct and timely information is provided by FEED contractors to other contractors.
- Assist in interface management with other packages and answer FEED Contractor technical queries as necessary.
- Ensure that HSE requirements are taken into consideration during design and get assistance from company specialists or third parties if required.
- Coordinate with the company as necessary and provide inputs to contract correspondence.
- Issue reports and presentations as necessary and participate in various technical reviews.
- Liaise actively with all concerned technical specialists involved in the technical development/management of said contracts.
- Perform the close-out of Contract(s) with respect to company and Project procedures.
- Participate in reducing contractual risks associated with interfaces with other packages and highlight potential risks occurring during the execution of the contract.
- Ensure that all safety and environmental required studies will be reviewed/updated and that final design will comply with ALARP policy.
- Ensure that the design will comply with all HSE requirements.
- Attend safety inductions as required and adapt behavior to fully comply with office security, health and safety instruction.
- Stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings.
- Participate in local programs or initiatives to improve HSSE performance.
- Report to Management on any issue or observation and propose ways of improvement.
