The AXA Group is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Group Risk Management department, you will be responsible for managing risks associated with our P&C Short Tail business.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and map (re)insurance risks through sound portfolio and business knowledge.
- Contribute to systemic risk modeling activities and risk appetite setup.
- Review and approve standards and policies for insurance, assumed reinsurance, and ceded reinsurance.
- Ensure a second line of defense with a second opinion on P&C strategic plans and CEO dialogues.
- Steer standards and policies breaches identification and remediation.
- Promote a P&C risk management culture throughout the AXA Group.
You will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with senior management, including the Group Management Committee, Group Risk Management, Group Underwriting Office, Group Legal, Group Operations, and Group CFO.
Requirements- Extensive experience in P&C Short Tail business operations, including underwriting, pricing, claims, and reinsurance.
- Strong strategic vision and ability to challenge and orient P&C Short Tail strategy and operations.
- Natural leadership and ability to work in a network with tight deadlines and team spirit.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, including ability to deliver high-level presentations to senior management.
