This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in risk management, underwriting, and claims handling to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate P&C Long Tail business risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy internal models, set and monitor risk appetite, and review and approve insurance standards and policies.
- Contribute to the development of the Group's risk management culture and promote a culture of risk awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
- Provide expert guidance and support to entities and regions on P&C Long Tail business risk management best practices and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks to ensure the Group's risk management strategies remain effective and relevant.
- Proven experience in P&C Long Tail business risk management, underwriting, and claims handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective risk management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
