About the Role
A-VANTAGE is seeking an experienced Industrialization Project Manager to join our team. As an Industrialization Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading industrialization projects from concept to production, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement industrialization strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that industrialization projects are aligned with product development and manufacturing requirements.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion of industrialization projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with industrialization projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure that industrialization projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that manufacturing teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate new manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that industrialization projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization project management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of delivering industrialization projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
