About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll provide administrative and logistical support for internal and external events, monitor expenses, and help prepare budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for events, including webinars, trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Monitor expenses and help prepare budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Manage the creation and follow-up of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Research suppliers and manage relationships to obtain the best products and services at the best price.
- Synthesize large-scale information, such as customer, market, and business performance research, to inform marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Support business line marketing and communication activities, including product launches, campaigns, content creation, and promotional materials.
- Contribute new ideas and concepts to develop innovative and effective solutions to business challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum level Bac+4
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Knowledge of French
- Organized and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and creative with a customer and commercial mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good business understanding and international outlook
- Ability to serve and function effectively as a member of a global team
