Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team in France. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and commercial roles, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing customer portfolio performance and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Developing and implementing customer annual assortment and activation plans
  • Tracking customer sales activation and loyalty plan performance
  • Managing customer trade marketing budget and ROI
  • Supporting customer relationship management and localization of engagement calendars
  • Working closely with sales teams to optimize customer sell in and sell out
Main Interactions

The Trade Marketing Specialist will work closely with various teams, including:

  • Area sales managers and teams to guide and support on customer sell in and sell out optimization
  • Central trade marketing team on performance analysis and assortment recommendation
  • Sales enablement team on educational content delivery
  • Revenue management team to identify business opportunities and define mitigation activities
Education and Background

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in marketing or a commercial major, with a strong background in marketing and commercial roles.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strategic influencing and holistic business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills and customer sensitivity
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and project management skills
  • Fluent English language skills
