Rexel is seeking an Industrial Solutions Specialist to become a vital part of their Commercial team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will provide both technical and commercial assistance by evaluating projects and proposals for clients. You will serve as the industrial automation authority for the sales teams, playing a key role in driving revenue growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering technical and commercial assistance to clients and sales teams
  • Assessing client requirements to offer appropriate guidance and determine the best technical solutions, products, and services
  • Performing sizing assessments and cost evaluations for technical solutions based on client specifications
  • Coordinating, tracking, and following up on quotations with the Sales Engineers
  • Occasionally engaging with clients to confirm requirements and technical settings, as well as supporting commercial proposals
  • Educating Sales Engineers as the authority in your area of expertise
  • Collaborating with sales teams to secure projects and agreements
  • Disseminating knowledge and best practices within the expert community to enhance client interactions

Ideal candidates should possess a technical background in industrial process products and solutions, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial automation, electrical drives, mechatronics, or industrial networks. Strong technical capabilities, exceptional communication, listening, and adaptability skills, along with persuasion and meticulous attention to detail, are essential.
