Global Demand Planner

NAOS Bio, a leading international player in the Skincare industry, is seeking a skilled Global Demand Planner to join its team in Lyon. As a key member of the Global Demand Planning team, you will be responsible for building, analyzing, and integrating replenishment forecasts for all countries and brands to ensure optimal stock levels and maximize cash flow, sales, and service rates within an 18-month horizon. Your mission will involve defining product launch profiles in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to ensure high-quality country forecasts. You will also influence statistical forecasts with Life Cycle Management information, share best practices with subsidiaries, and participate in defining central and local stock policies. To succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain, a graduate degree, and proficiency in English, with a second foreign language appreciated. You will also need to be familiar with management software and office tools.
