Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our Graduate Program in France. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of industrial equipment, managing contracts, and leading a team of maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of industrial equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms for FM Logistic 57.
  • Asset Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of company assets, including equipment and facilities.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Monitor the performance of industrial equipment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of suppliers and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Technical Degree: Hold a minimum technical degree in a relevant field, such as industrial or logistics equipment maintenance.
