We are seeking a talented Senior 2D/Concept Artist to join our team at Homa. As a key member of our art team, you will be responsible for elevating the artistic quality of one of our biggest arcade puzzle games. Your expertise will directly impact the game's success by developing 2D assets for one of our most exciting new projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop 2D concepts for in-game assets, including characters, environments, and assets.
- Produce interface elements and icons that enhance gameplay while maintaining the game's UI aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the art, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive art direction and style across all assets.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of art guides, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
- ~5-7 years of experience in video game production with at least 2 mobile titles shipped.
- Proficiency in key tools for 2D game art, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and any relevant 2D art software.
- Strong 2D skills, with experience in character design, environmental art, and composition.
- Strong portfolio and experience showcasing your work in casual puzzle games.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a cross-disciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills to convey direction and effectively receive feedback.
- Willingness to learn new software programs and tools as needed.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet project deadlines.
