Position: Payroll Operations Supervisor

1001 Vies Habitat is a prominent organization in the social housing sector in France, employing around 1,000 individuals. Our goal is to offer housing solutions and support services to residents in the 86 properties under our management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of payroll accounts
- Engage in interdisciplinary projects concerning payroll functions
- Assist the payroll director in supervising payroll processes, ensuring compliance and managing social and tax obligations
- Support the payroll director in guiding employees through technical, legal, and regulatory changes affecting payroll
- Lead the team in the absence of the service head
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in comparable positions
- In-depth understanding of employment legislation and payroll management
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and proactive
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in managing teams
