HR Strategic Partner for France Operations

We are seeking a seasoned HR Strategic Partner to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in synchronizing HR initiatives with the overarching goals of the organization, thereby contributing to the 'People & Organization Strategy & Roadmap'. You will collaborate within the HR framework to deliver value-added services to both management and employees, ensuring the effective execution of HR strategies across our French operations.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's vision, mission, and strategic goals. Align HR initiatives with the local operational strategy.
- Offer guidance and support to leaders in effectively managing their teams and navigating organizational changes.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal obligations related to employee management to advise leadership and mitigate potential risks.
- Cultivate relationships with labor unions and employer associations.
- Oversee and manage HR budgets in collaboration with the HR specialist.
- Mentor and lead the local HR team.
- Contribute to enhancing HR efficiency and play a role in assessing and refining existing HR processes.
- Foster strong relationships within the global HR team and collaborate on the continuous enhancement of HR functions.
- Manage talent pools for designated employee groups across all entities in partnership with talent acquisition and development centers of excellence.
- Ensure effective internal communication and information sharing across all locations.
Qualifications / Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of experience across various HR functions, with 3 to 5 years in a strategic HR Partner or HR Manager role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of French labor laws, regulations, policies, and best practices. Stay informed on changes to ensure compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels. Experience in coaching and influencing is essential.
- Experience in a complex (matrix) and international industrial environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Willingness to travel nationally (frequently) and internationally (occasionally).
- Skills in project management and change management.
