We are seeking a highly skilled External Sales Manager to join our team in France (North). As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales structure and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between the General Sales Manager and the sales team, ensuring effective and efficient operation of the external sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to set targets and ensure reporting for your area.
- Manage regional sales managers for the North of France, contributing to sales development.
- Analyze customer data and support External Sales Advisors in customer contacts to develop personalized action plans and achieve targets.
- Facilitate change by preparing teams for the integration of new product ranges.
- Travel daily, including overnight trips, to meet with customers and sales teams.
- Proven track record in sales and significant management experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and participate in working meetings within the TVH group.
- Background in the spare parts industry is ideal.
- A permanent position with executive status and a 218-day fixed salary.
- Advantageous agreements in terms of insurance, profit-sharing, and gift vouchers.
- A company car and telephone.
- Remuneration according to profile (fixed salary + target-based variable).
