Job Title: Technician III

We are seeking a highly skilled Technician III to join our MCU32 division in Nantes, France. As a key member of our Silicon evaluation Lab team, you will be responsible for the validation and characterization of 32-bit microcontrollers during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Validation lab and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Validation engineers to support data collection activities, including setup and maintenance of automated measurements benches.
  • Track and manage inventory of lab components, equipment, and parts, ensuring accurate allocation and tracking.
  • Support the team with equipment tracking, allocation, and maintenance, including temperature conditioners and non-bonded equipment.
  • Assist with shipment of Silicon to other validation sites, including packing, shipping, and tracking.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks, such as assigning and setting up benches for new joiners, rework, and contributing to board design activities.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in Electronics Engineering or related field, with 3-4 years of experience.
  • Proficient in using Lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, function generators, logic analyzers, power supplies, DVM, and temperature conditioners.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work successfully in diverse product engineering teams.
  • Flexible and willing to take on various tasks, with a willingness to learn new things and ask questions.
Working Conditions:

This position is based in Nantes, France, and requires willingness to work night shifts (proposed timings: 3pm – 12 am, including 1 hour break). The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
