VOTRE MISSION

Au sein de la Direction Informatique du Groupe SUEZ, le Service SI Finance/Achats Groupe et Recyclage & Valorisation France, sous forme d'un Centre de Compétences SAP & Ivalua, est chargé de la maintenance, des mises à jour et du déploiement des applications du Groupe sur un environnement applicatif varié :

  • un ERP SAP S/4HANA (modules FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, HR),
  • un système décisionnel SAP BW sur Hana,
  • un ERP SAP ECC sur Hana (modules FI/CO/FSCM),
  • un système SAP Business One,
  • un système Concur,
  • et un système P2P basé sur une plateforme Ivalua.

Ce service est composé de plusieurs équipes :

  • Solutions et Portefeuille de projets : responsables fonctionnels et chefs de projet impliqués dans les activités Run ou Build.
  • Solutions SAP BI : experts SAP dans les solutions Datawarehouse & EPM.
  • Opérations : experts techniques (Sécurité/Infrastructure/BC/développement/intégration/gestion de contrats TMA/TME).
  • Relation avec les métiers et gestion du changement.

Le Gestionnaire de Versions SAP fait partie de l'équipe Opérations et est directement rattaché au responsable des Opérations SAP. Sa mission principale consiste à planifier, coordonner et gérer les déploiements des versions SAP au sein de notre organisation. Il collabore étroitement avec les équipes de développement, fonctionnelles et opérationnelles pour garantir le succès des mises en production SAP tout en minimisant les risques et les impacts sur les opérations.

Responsabilités :

  • Planification des versions : Collaborer avec les équipes fonctionnelles et techniques pour planifier les versions SAP en fonction des calendriers et des exigences métier, tout en assurant la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Gestion des environnements de test : Coordonner la configuration et la maintenance des environnements de test pour garantir la fiabilité des tests pré-déploiement, superviser la gestion des données de test et des copies de systèmes SAP.
  • Coordination des déploiements : Planifier et coordonner les déploiements des versions SAP en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et opérationnelles, tout en assurant une communication claire durant les phases de déploiement.
  • Gestion des risques et des problèmes : Identifier les risques potentiels liés aux versions SAP et mettre en place des mesures d'atténuation, gérer les problèmes survenant durant les déploiements et coordonner les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Documentation et reporting : Définir les normes de documentation, maintenir une documentation complète des processus de gestion des versions SAP et de gestion de configuration, fournir des rapports réguliers sur l'avancement des versions, les problèmes rencontrés et les mesures prises.
  • Amélioration continue : Proposer des améliorations aux processus de gestion des versions pour accroître l'efficacité et minimiser les risques, participer à l'analyse post-déploiement pour tirer des leçons et améliorer les futures versions.

Par ailleurs, vous serez en charge d'un projet de mise en œuvre d'un outil de gestion des versions SAP.

VOTRE PROFIL

Diplôme BAC+5 en informatique, technologie de l'information ou domaine connexe. Un diplôme avancé ou des certifications pertinentes sont un atout.

Expérience significative en Service Delivery Management d'une application SAP ou en gestion de projet SAP.

Niveau d'anglais demandé : parfaite maîtrise.

Bonne connaissance de la gestion des versions SAP (ex : SAP ChaRM, SAP Cloud ALM, ...).

Compréhension de la gestion d'un paysage SAP composite (S/4 Hana, SAP BI, SAP Portal).

Expérience de l'ensemble des activités de maintenance du cycle de vie fonctionnel d'un paysage SAP.

Expérience d'utilisation de ServiceNow (incident management, problem management, catalogue de services).

Expérience du management transversal et de la coordination d'une grande équipe.

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire est essentielle.
