About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to join our team at Inetum. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to improve project delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
