Senior Legal Manager for Licensing and Compliance F/M
Location: Rueil-Malmaison
Axens is a leading provider of comprehensive solutions aimed at cleaner fuel production, petrochemical intermediates, plastic chemical recycling, natural gas treatment, water purification, and carbon capture technologies. The company specializes in delivering advanced technologies, equipment, modular units, catalysts, adsorbents, and associated services, all designed to enhance performance while minimizing environmental impact.
The Senior Legal Manager will oversee the legal team dedicated to facilitating the sales of products and process licenses at Axens. This role entails leading a group of legal professionals to ensure robust legal support for commercial operations, adherence to contractual obligations, identification and mitigation of risks, and effective management of ongoing contracts. The position may require international travel.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education:
A Master's degree in International Contract Law or a related field is essential.
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years in the field of International Contract Law is required, with management experience considered advantageous.
Skills and Attributes:
Successful candidates will possess a profound understanding of contract law, proficiency in legal English, a keen interest in the energy sector, strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, coordination proficiency, a proactive mindset, ethical business judgment, and exceptional communication abilities.
