About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Performance Manager to join our Digital Marketing team at Meetic, the European leader in dating services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our SEO strategy and improving our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market and keyword research to develop content plans in collaboration with our internal teams and external providers.
  • Coordinate and direct projects with agencies & content providers to serve international content strategies.
  • Contribute to the drafting of SEO specifications for our international expansion projects and singles events.
  • Review and optimize old content according to SEO best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze ongoing SEO campaigns to identify problem areas and suggest ways for improvement.
  • Work with Product Managers, Technical SEO, Engineering to understand opportunities to drive SEO traffic and resolve issues.
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, AI, and digital marketing industry trends and developments.
  • Ad-hoc projects related to web-based brand experience & brand communication
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of on-site and off-site SEO practices.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, excellent organizational skills. Proven track record on project management skills.
  • Experience using the most popular website crawlers (ScreamingFrog, Oncrawl, Botify), SEO analysis tools (Semrush, Ahrefs), SEO content optimizer (SEOQuantum, Question Generator) and web analytics software (Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with WordPress CMS.
  • English and French are both required (used every day), any additional language (German, Spanish, or Italian) would be a plus.
