Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to join our team and drive our social media and communications efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns aligned with our marketing strategies to engage our global community.
  • Create compelling content for our social media channels, including text, images, and videos.
  • Manage and animate our social networks, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop digital marketing proposals that drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a community manager, with a track record of success in launching community initiatives.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics, such as repeat attendance at events.
  • Practical experience in social media management for brands, with a focus on creating engaging content.
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
