Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Lead to join our team at Capijobnew. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving evidence generation activities and plans in collaboration with our Regional Center of Excellence, Real World Analytics, and NPD Agile Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and R&D colleagues to define customer value and evidence requirements.
- Develop and implement evidence generation plans to support business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Master's degree (PhD or PharmD, or MD/DO) in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience conducting HEOR research.
- Strong understanding of health economics and outcomes research principles.
