About the Role
Gilbert is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our Neutraderm and Liniderm brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic market analyses and provide recommendations for the development of our product lines.
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans for Neutraderm and Liniderm in France and internationally.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Test and refine our brand positioning, architecture, and packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and track key performance indicators.
- Participate in commercial seminars and workshops.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a product management or marketing role.
- Experience in the cosmetics industry, particularly in pharmacy or selective retail, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
