**Job Title:** Bar and Restaurant Server

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Bar and Restaurant Server to join our team at the Mercure Bridgwater Hotel. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to a high standard, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Be knowledgeable about our menu, wines, and cocktails, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Ensure clear communication between the front and back of house teams, promoting a smooth and efficient service.
  • Process payments and manage billing procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
