We are seeking a highly skilled Software Trainer to join our team in Paris, France. As a Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our staff on Microsoft and other software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver high-quality training sessions to staff on various software products, including Microsoft Office.
- Needs Analysis: Analyze training needs and develop targeted learning solutions to meet the requirements of our staff.
- Training Materials: Develop and update training materials, ensuring clarity, relevance, and engagement.
- Logistics: Coordinate logistics for training events, including space reservation and audiovisual setup.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with global counterparts to maintain a uniform training standard and contribute to broader technological initiatives.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Hardware and Software: Competence in addressing common hardware and software issues.
